When a Supporter enters the store, my priority would be:

Approach and build a rapport with the Supporter.

Approach and make a quick sale.

Continue what I’m doing until they ask for help.

When not serving in store, I would:

Wait for management instruction on what to do.

Chat with my colleagues.

Find a job and action it until a supporter comes in.

What would you do if a visitor asked you a question and you didn't know the answer?

Make a guess - they probably won't know if it's the wrong answer.

Find out the answer from a more experienced colleague.

Tell them you're sorry but you don't know the answer.
